From Nov. 1 through Giving Tuesday (Dec. 2), the 2025 campaign raised more than $4.5 million for causes ranging from food sustainability and the environment to athletics and basic needs to education.

Although they were born in the same month at the same hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, James C. 鈥淛im鈥 Schrum, 鈥74, and his wife, Cynthia J. 鈥淐indi鈥 Schrum, didn鈥檛 meet until they were both students at Austintown Fitch High School. They started dating in the late 1960s and have been together ever since.鈥
