New Probationary Evaluations Now Available in PageUp Performance

ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University is pleased to announce the launch of the newly redesigned Probationary Evaluations within the PageUp Performance platform.

Designed to support employees and supervisors during the critical first months of employment, the new evaluations shift the focus beyond simply assessing performance. They are intended to help determine a new employee's success, identify opportunities for growth, and foster meaningful conversations throughout the probationary period (typically the first 60–120 days of employment).

A key enhancement to the new process is the integration of ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì's six core performance competencies into each probationary evaluation. By introducing these competencies early in an employee's journey, supervisors can more effectively identify strengths, recognize professional development needs, and provide timely coaching that supports long-term success.

The redesigned evaluations are part of ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì's ongoing commitment to creating a more engaging onboarding experience, strengthening employee development, and improving retention through intentional performance conversations.

Supervisors responsible for completing probationary evaluations will receive guidance and resources to support the new process. Additional training materials and job aids are available through Talent Management and Employee and Labor Relations.

We encourage supervisors to use these evaluations as an opportunity to establish clear expectations, celebrate early accomplishments, and partner with new employees in building a strong foundation for success at ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì.
