2025 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements

Calendar year 2025 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements are now available in FlashLine for employees who have elected to access their forms electronically. For those employees who have not consented to electronic access, W-2 Wage and Tax Statements will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2026. Employees may consent to electronic access via the Electronic W-2 & 1095-C Consent page, which is also found through the Tax Forms link available under Top Employee Resources on the Employee Dashboard. Questions may be directed to payroll@kent.edu.

Registration open for annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Luncheon

Join colleagues, students and the community for the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 29 in the Kent Student Center Ballroom. This year's program is Keeping Joy, Faith, and “The Dream” Alive in Uncertain Times and honors and reflects on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through dialogue centered on resilience, faith, justice, and collective well-being. This event is free, but a ticket is required.
The Division of People, Culture and Belonging is hosting two discussions on Intellectual Diversity as outlined in Ohio Senate Bill 1. These conversations are designed to explore our collective understanding of Intellectual Diversity among faculty and staff. Our panelists will engage participants in thoughtful reflections about fostering Intellectual Diversity. All are welcome to attend and be part of the conversation. Both sessions will be held virtually via Zoom.
Career Development Trainings

�Ը�� University’s Talent Management team is hosting an in‑person supervisor training, Facilitating Career Conversations, on Jan. 29, from 1:30–3 p.m. in Heer Hall. This immersive session equips supervisors with the tools, frameworks and confidence needed to lead meaningful, growth‑focused career conversations. And in February, Talent Management will also launch a complementary training for staff as part of the Career Development Micro‑Training Series. This session will empower employees to take ownership of their growth and understand their role in effective career conversations.
Snow Day returns to downtown Kent with winter fun for all ages on Jan. 24 from noon - 6 p.m. This annual community event features ice sculptures, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and special offerings from local businesses. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the season, connect with the community, and celebrate winter in downtown Kent.
