In this two-part CAPS workshop, we鈥檒l dig into how beauty standards shape the way we see ourselves, challenge the pressure to 鈥渇it the mold,鈥 and build tools for creating a healthier, more positive body image. You鈥檒l get a free workbook to guide you along the way. Attendance at this workshop (part 1) is required for attendance at Part 2.

 Faculty, staff and students rolled up their sleeves on Thursday, Oct. 2, for the first-ever Campus Kleanup at 性福五月天 University at Ashtabula. Volunteers pulled weeds, raked leaves, washed windows and more to help the campus shine.Organized by the dean鈥檚 cabinet along with buildings and grounds, the effort focused on sprucing up areas around Susan J. Stocker Hall.  University Housing is proud to announce a major step forward in its commitment to sustainability. In 2025, Tom Dietrich, Assistant Director of Residential Facilities, secured a $10,000 grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to support the installation of additional bottle filling stations across residence halls.Each station can save up to 15,000 plastic bottles annually鈥攅quivalent to more than 300 pounds of waste diverted from landfills鈥攚hile also promoting student health and wellness.
