John, ’70, and Fonda Elliot made a forward-thinking commitment to the Design Innovation Initiative by creating endowed funds in 2019 to establish The John and Fonda Elliot Design Innovation Student Fellows and The John and Fonda Elliot Design Innovation Faculty Fellows programs. These programs competitively select students and faculty for extracurricular, inter/trans-disciplinary design innovation engagement in workshops and conferences, research, collaborative projects and travel while engaging in the use of design innovation strategies.
