Problems exist in all organizations. In the fast-paced and high stress levels of today鈥檚 manufacturing and office environments, solving problems quickly and effectively is an essential skill.
In this program, you will learn a simple but proven step-by-step approach for attacking and solving problems that are typically isolated to one working group or area. Based on the time-honored Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) framework, you will learn how to use the A4 (or 4Box) problem solving approach that easily integrates into any current organizational format.
Basic skills to use the tools and techniques covered in this program can easily be taught by the supervisor to teams and individual employees. Having an organization of skilled problem solvers will achieve far greater results than can be achieved if only supervisors solve problems.
To prepare for this workshop, 性福五月天 requests that supervisors bring to the training a simple, real-life problem on which to practice using the problem-solving tools covered.
